This is a hands on, working where you will maintain the physical integrity of the community and the grounds, including 3 large ranch style homes.
This involves ensuring a safe, secure, comfortable and first rate environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
You will Perform all aspects of make-readies to turn units timely.
Maintain property in pristine condition (paint touch ups, repairs, preventative maintenance on all equipment, etc.
) Perform work order requests in a timely manner.
Perform repairs on equipment as needed Perform safety checks as directed.
Support the maintenance of the grounds.
Clean carpets as needed.
Assist residents and family members with tasks as assigned (hanging pictures, TV's, etc.
).
Move furniture, set up model rooms, etc.
Salary is $22 / hourly with full benefits and profit sharing.
