We are growing rapidly and looking for an Entry Level Event Support Coordinator who is responsible for organizing, scheduling, and ensuring the smooth operation of meetings and seminars.
This is a fast-paced role requiring a high-capacity individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Responsibilities:
Support Director of Events with internal and external member communication Coordination and confirmation of our on site event facility and participant registrations On-site and off-site coordination of event setup and breakdown (setting up/break down tables, signage, banners, etc.
) During programs, physically double-check all function arrangements against specifications and correct where necessary Manage Sprinter van vehicle cleanings in between events.
Manage laundry services for events using an off site laundry service Support Friday night graduation dinners two times per month by setting upland breaking down F&B needs Technical Assistance:
Set up and test any required technology, such as video conferencing equipment or presentation tools.
Event inventory preparation (packing gifts, sending out at local UPS stores, writing thank you cards) Work closely with Inventory Specialist on inventory storage needs and additional orders Member support communication via email, Slack and text message Assist with organizing specific needs for programs Vendor Liaison:
If external venues or services are required, act as one of the contacts between the organization and vendors.
Research member event activity costs.
Track and report any expenses related to meeting coordination.
Requirements:
Key:
Organizational proficiency and adeptness in managing competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn how to set up our A/V system with Speakers, Mics and Mixing Board.
This is needed for both on-site and off-site events.
Ability to effectively work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders Strong attention to detail Computer knowledge Ability to lift 50
