We are looking for a full time office manager to join our team at Cabana Theory.
We are located in Argyle, but the position is on-site with opportunities to work from home.

Office Manager
Responsibilities:
Overseeing general office operations.
Answering phone calls and messages in a timely manner while delivering world-class service to our customers.
Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules Coordinating and scheduling installations, building material deliveries, permits, etc.
Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence Manage customer and vendor accounts and perform minor bookkeeping and invoicing Photography of completed work (on site) Social Media-answer messages, manage posts and create content Complete permits and plans for active jobs Create processes to help organize the office Call and qualify leads Create estimates for potential customers Office Manager Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent Reliable phone, computer, and internet access Office manager experience.
Ability to work with limited supervision Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Google Products, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Have reliable transportation and be able to travel within the DFW area to complete various tasks Ability to speak and read Spanish is a plus, but not required Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$18.
00 per hour to start.
After 6 months $20 per hour and 2 weeks paid time off per calendar year (does not accrue) Job Type:
