Our dental office is looking for an experienced front desk who can help fill up our hygiene schedule as well as present treatment plans.
Our ideal receptionist has at least a year of dental experience with an AMAZING personality and EXCELLENT customer service skills! Our current hours of operation are:
Tuesday - Friday:
7-4 PM Saturday:
8-1 PM Sunday and Monday:
Closed Our NEW hours of operation starting January 1, 2024 will be:
Monday - Thursday:
7-4 PM Friday:
7-1 PM Job duties include:
Answer phones and schedule appointments Ensure the front office is presentable Greet patients and checking them in and out Verify insurance Post payments Process and submit insurance claims Monitor and follow-up on outstanding claims Present treatment plans Must have excellent interpersonal skills that build effective working relationships with patients, doctors, and other team members.
Maintains professionalism and poise constantly, even when working under pressure.
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
Positive outlook and a passion for what we do! Other administrative duties such as ensuring the front office is tidy and well kept and assisting the doctor with any clerical tasks.
