Summary:
The Maintenance Assistant is a self-motivated, customer service oriented professional.
This role includes but is not limited to all general maintenance tasks associated with office, warehouse and manufacturing environments.
Fast pace environment with lost exposure to natural elements.

Responsibilities:
Performs all duties and responsibilities according to the Mission and Core Values of the Company.
Ability to work in a team setting and be accountable to follow directions Maintains a clean and organized exterior and interior of all company buildings and property by performing essential duties and responsibilities.
Mows and trims facility grounds by using a push mower, weed eater, zero turn radius mower, or tractor with brush hog.
Recommends measures to improve operations for upkeep of grounds.
Cleans facility grounds daily, using a gas-powered leaf blower, push broom, and shovel Washes and maintains the exterior and cleans interior of company vehicles on a weekly basis Paints designated areas for parking, fences, offices, buildings, bollards, guard rails and safety stripes Assists the manufacturing department as needed to complete tasks/production orders.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) 1-2 years maintenance, plumbing, torch, and basic electrical experience 1-2 years' experience working in the maintenance and manufacturing industry Experience in maintenance Able to lift 50lbs.
Pass a criminal background check and drug screen Written/oral communications, supervisory, and general maintenance skills Independent worker with integrity and good judgement Ability to manage your time efficiently Must be able to walk, stand, climb, kneel, reach, crawl, push, pull and twist the majority of the day.
Ability to operate a tractor with box blade, push mower, and weed eater Forklift experience preferred not required Job Type:
