Responsibilities:
The receptionist's duties and responsibilities will include greeting visitors, helping them navigate the office, and supplying them with refreshments as they wait.
Additionally, they maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, make copies, and plan travel arrangements as needed.
Responsible for providing administrative support to the Accounting Manager and will additionally provide support to the executive team as needed.
Performs all duties and responsibilities according to the Mission and Core Values of the Company Answer multi-line phone system with heavy call volume.
Responsible for setting phone schedule throughout the week.
Invoicing as requested by Accounting Manager.
Handle postage machine.
Distributing mail.
Providing deposit detail to Accounting Manager and CFO.
Special projects as assigned.
Assisting accounting team along with accounting assistant with administrative duties or additional tasks.
Scanning accounts payables.
Cross train for multiple positions in the department to be backup as needed.
Assist with software implementation as needed.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma 1-2 years accounting experience, not required High attention to detail, time management, and orgianation Pass a criminal background check and drug screen Customer services expereience Possess excellent oral and written communication skills Fluent in English with the ability to read and write Hiring Company Description:
