Requirements:
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing complex operations.
Property maintenance experience is a plus working with facilities such as schools, apartments, self-storage, commercial buildings, etc.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Ability to quickly learn and utilize new software systems and web applications Reliable and excellent with time management skills Possess and maintain valid Drivers' License A desire to grow and contribute to a quickly growing organization Self-storage or property management experience is a plus Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
