Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department - Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times - Assist with administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and services to effectively assist guests - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Requirements:
- Previous experience in a senior living facility or hospital preferred.
- Previous experience in an office or customer service role required - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism - Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset Note:
