This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and enhancing the Lifestyle Program that defines the spirit of our residential community.
Key
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with management to deliver a diverse range of community events, aligning with our established Lifestyle Program.
Innovate and introduce creative concepts to elevate the residential experience, ensuring a vibrant community atmosphere.
Cultivate a welcoming environment, upholding the highest service standards for all residents.
Aim to exceed community expectations in event experience, execution, and satisfaction.
Coordinate smoothly the logistics of community facilities, services, and activities, ensuring top-notch event execution.
Display a positive, enthusiastic demeanor consistently.
Evaluate and enhance service quality, adapting to feedback and evolving needs.
Stay abreast of industry trends to continually improve community engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Proven background in hospitality and/or marketing, with a track record of enhancing customer or community experiences.
Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and leadership.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using software tools for event management, scheduling, and planning.
